From craft shopping to craft making to ice skating outside, there are so many holiday-y things to do this weekend.

Bundle up and grab your gift list for  the annual event where 35 of the best local crafters gather with their wares for some concentrated crafty shopping.

Opening party @ A.Wares
A new boutique featuring vintage wares and crafts is opening next to Lux Coffeehouse along Central Ave. Visit on Friday or Saturday night and check out their new digs. Open for regular business on Dec. 6.

Tour de Coops — Valley-wide
Join this year’s tour, which is basically sanctioned backyard crashing of homes with chickens. Look at coops, learn about caring for chickens, get ideas!

Phoenix Craft Rave @ Braggs Pie Factory
What’s more meaningful than a gift you make yourself? Craft all day and all night with over a dozen different artists, designers and amazing craft projects (including the always-inspiring Crafty Chica, Kathy Cano-Murillo). Never crafted before? Get step-by-step instruction from a host of seasoned crafters. Also available, cookies, drinks and some swag if you get their early!

Ice Skating @ CityScape
Outdoor skating in downtown Phoenix? Yep.
The NRG Ice Rink opened November 27th and will remain open (with slightly varying hours) through Jan 15.
